Payments

At this time, I am only accepting self pay and do not accept any form of insurance. I am willing to offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if you would like to attempt to get them to reimburse you for your payment for services. I do not work directly with insurance nor will I reach out to your insurance for any reason. If you wish to do a superbill, please know that this WILL require me to give you a diagnosis. 

Diagnosing can be helpful for some clients who find that labeling their symptoms gives them clarity with what they are struggling with. However, I personally feel that labeling is not always best for clients and can often increase anxiety and take away from the true work that the client came for. I would rather focus my energy and your session time on the areas you struggle with rather than identifying labels that might fit your symptoms. 

Rates begin at $150 per 60 minute session.
