I am a New Mexico board approved supervisor for LMSWs and LMHCs. One of my passions is coaching new therapists and sharing knowledge to enhance therapists’ clinical skills. With over 16 years of experience, I strive to ensure both a challenging and affordable supervision to those who are looking to grow both clinically and emotionally to obtain their clinical license. 

I opened my first private practice in Alamogordo, New Mexico where we do all of our credentialing, contracting and billing in house. I totally understand the challenges a therapist faces when starting a private practice. I have worked alongside and supported many clinicians while they got their practices off the ground.  I enjoy consulting with other clinicians on how to advance in the private practice setting by offering coaching, support and encouragement. My work is especially focused on supporting social workers, therapists and counselors whose lived experiences, including military service, personal development, and identity-related journeys have shaped the work they now bring into the therapy, counseling, and social work fields as they build their own practices.With reasonable rates, I can assist you in credentialing with insurances, client intake paperwork, billing, orientation to CMS standards and much more. 

I also provide emotional support services to individuals, veterans, and clients navigating grief, bereavement, personal development, interpersonal communication, social skills and family relationships.

I have been trained in EMDR for over 7 years and have worked with many different clients with many different symptoms. To say this therapy model is life changing for so many of my clients would be an understatement. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
